We rode the Harry Potter train from Diagon Alley into the other park which was a really cool experience. This side of the park also has the Harry Potter castle (I forget the name), and the decor definitely was more spaced out and open. We went to the Three Broomsticks restaurant to just grab a quick bite (or in my case a quick drink) to help us last to 9 PM for our dinner reservation.

Ambiance

The interior felt a bit dark but aligned to the Harry Potter themes when the characters are conversing in pubs and taverns. You wait in line and the cast members direct you to windows to order food. Then you grab the tray of food from the windows and find a place to sit. The food looked pretty interesting as they had “feasts” where it was a large plate of meat, corn, potatoes, and salad similar to how you see it in medieval times.

Food

The frozen butter beer had a foam on top and tasted like a slushy. I originally thought this was alcoholic, but it’s not. It is a little sweet with some creamy flavors, and it actually was pretty good. I can see why, aside from the theme, that many people enjoyed this.

Final Verdict

I definitely would like to come back to try some of the meal offerings this restaurant has.
