This is a neighborhood ramen shop headed by Fumihiro “Foo” Kanegae, who is a renowned ramen master and executive chef known for creating hundreds of ramen variations.

As a huge fan of ramen and tsukemen (i.e., dipping noodles), I enjoy trying to find all the good tsukemen.

For a free night on the way back from work, I stopped by this semi-new tsukemen place.

I remember a few years ago before the pandemic, TabeTomo was a very new tsukemen centric restaurant, and it was always on my try list.

What is tsukemen (つけ麺; pronounced “skee-men”)?

I don’t know much about this ramen spot other than it was on Chef’s Table, and how it really touched a lot of people’s hearts.

Pretty good tsukemen.
